There is a more recent group I have decided to resurrect due to the current never ending trouble placed on everyone by the Globalist elitists etc. And their puppet-rule of which now seem to be the  rule of most countries. Although, there are some that are saying, 'NO!' And that we certainly need in order for people to survive this period of uncertainty and danger to all and the planet and plant growth; because as we all now know, nothing grows without carbon emissions, so zero carbon means NO FOOD GROWTH, so we would then survive on controlled fake food, or we will all die except for the Globalist elites who of course will have their back-up plan! 🪁🤯I am new to doing website stuff, so stay with with me because I will improve for sure; and therefore, our overall communication will improve as a result! One step at a time the key! Also, one step at a time towards finding the correct avenues to release my work as a whole! (And so I am improving lol!)

Fundamentally, this is what I will offer here or direct from here, will be my offering to the world, in fact, it will be my life's work so far; this for who so ever chooses to take an interest in the subject-matter presented before you; it is as simple as that!

This decision to offer my work in general and also my knowledge, and my way towards Totality/Nirvana; is all down to wanting to inject some much needed inspiration and profound wisdom into the world! On that note I'll introduce my good friend Jacq Frost and he has a FB group of which I am an admin of, called #JacqFrost'sParallelUniverse it is a fantasy group and a beautiful retreat and he won't forgive me if I don't give him a mention lol! But he too is an artist and usually a comic photographer, so check him out!

So, who am I ?

Well firstly, I am Spiritdance (this is my Spiritual Warrior name) and I  am a man of knowledge; basically a fully fledged seer, and that isn’t said loosely for someone like me! One can only make claim to this description, as a truth, by being able to 'see' see things most people cannot see etc. This includes, seeing ones own aura and witnessing its quality of power/energy. In this, the aura cannot lie! Therefore, it reveals the truth of oneself, and fundamentally, what one is all about, or, what one truly is…

This, I have witnessed, of myself – so yes, I have seen where I am and what I am! All the same, I am simply a man, a man of the higher path, one of the guru-mind, one could say! This means, that at this point in my own personal progression, on this level of life; as a whole, I no longer seek or need a mortal guide. Therefore, I am well and truly, tuned into the oneness itself, or the god-consciousness, or the omnipotent-essence. The lessons and messages/omens, of this very, god-consciousness, come from all places and all things that are seen and heard and thought and dreamed; the detail and intricate nature of this constantly active god-consciousness, is so vast, that it is certainly a challenging as of course it is meant to be, and maybe even an intrepid phenomenon to even begin to touch its higher path, in a way at all! The reason for all this mayhem, is that it is a kind of crossroad, where all the elements meet, good and bad; and so the strangeness begins to open in all sorts of ways. So, it is important to have as much knowledge to grasp what is happening and how to survive within this turbulent and uncertain passage to a great plain of consciousness. We are immortal spirits riding on a roller coaster emotion, of matter and the fears that come with this! Wow, and what a ride it is! Only, when back in our inorganic forms, do we do we truly realise what this ride entailed. However, we do come to a general understanding of what it is; and it will be enough to take us home or on to something else. After all, what is a few thousand years to an immortal to take this fearful journey of which could not be felt in our inorganic form. At some point in time, we all will come to this level of mind and intrepid intent...

So here it is, I have come to this very intimidating road of awareness and touched its essence, and at times it can truly be overwhelming, although, the true way to touch this intricate vastness, is to open oneself up to it and be one with its forever, ebbing and flowing and undulating ocean of beauty; unconditional in its essence, an immaculate and complete oneness…fore this is the positive aspect of consciousness and that is why one must totally embrace it to endure...

This is my life now and my reality, it is normal to me to be in a constant embrace of a powerful essence, and to also feel the negative aspect forever clawing away and attempting to weaken one's will…but still, the challenge to reach the peak of life, is the ultimate challenge, of which we all must see, and come to know in the end...

To catch a glimpse!

The seer gyrates his wisdom
Before the callous harlots
Forming this spiral-stairway
From the marsh of unrepentance

The seer has cast his spear
Into the unavoidable, unquenchable chaos;
For the shrewd to skillfully consider,
The meek, to be, the fiddler…
The fatigued, to reverse their condition,
And the fool, to catch, a glimpse…

                         So, just to add to my story

I remember a time when I was admiring a beautiful sunset with a German friend and he was speaking of this particular view in all the obvious ways, and at that point, I admitted to him that for some time, this stunning type of view kind of felt empty to me! He found it hard to believe but it was true! I told him that for me, I was tired of just looking at things, always just looking at this and looking at that, and really I wanted to feel the sunset and be one with it! To be of the sunset itself! I think that scared him a bit to be honest because he didn’t really understand it or therefore me! He mentioned it some years later because he said that he always remembered the moment clearly, and that it did scare him a bit. However, I was correct in feeling this way; fore it was not my destiny to just look, my destiny was to be also! So, now I can be one with all things I choose to be one with…

Although now, I can also look and be contented too, due to having the this experience of being. This is the spiritual warriors way, to open-up within, to go beyond reason and open up to the great abstract consciousness of which is beyond reason. So, not just to be a follower of things and one who only looks at this, and looks at that, but to actually be; be everything, be all you can be; be one with the oneness and all its aspects – just you and the oneness, the God-Consciousness; and nothing hindering or limiting in between…got it? Good! Let us continue!

All the same, there is always something to pick up upon from anyone and anything and at any time! That is how things eventually work in the way of knowledge and wisdom as a whole; if one is a seer, one 'sees' glimpses of things that act as seeds of profound insight, and also one 'sees' beyond that of the ordinary-world and that of reason and the right-side-knowledge, of which, helps to create that of the everyday mind and the ways of the everyday. Yes, as I have mentioned, a seer, sees way beyond the right-side knowledge of reason and into the abstract of which is beyond the everyday scope, and therefore is, of the left-side knowledge, the abstract…

It is important to wipe yourself clean of self- importance; because one must be free, and free to be who ever and what ever we need to be! Even, in the end, to lose that of self-identity, and replace it with controlled-folly; in order to survive the everyday world and the plain of abstract fluency. We clings to nothing, and we focus fully on not reason things of the left-side abstract, fore it will only brings us back to a level of limited scope; we feel our way through the best way we can, like feeling an unknown substance within our hands; it is only important in knowing what it feels like in the way of our senses, and what it is capable of and the like; and overall, what it feels like in relation to ourselves…

All perception, should be left open and flexible and fluent in order to absorb the greatest value of all things…Yes, of course, we can reason these experiences later in order to record them as a future reference etc. Let us say, that we can have two versions of what we experience; the now and the after. However, I repeat emphatically that the moment within our left-side knowledge should be without reason, and the limits of reason – that is the way! The spiritual way:

I have fingered the cracks of different paths, or at least aspects of different philosophy's and teachings etc. The mindful ways and teachings of the ancient Far East, I always found a beautiful draw; there is a certain simplicity of which is beautiful in itself… of which I still take on board as, let’s say; the heart of my own personal way. Meditation is essential, and I have found that it has helped me to develop a sober-core, a centered-stance and it has helped me to create: the beauty feeling, something of which I found I had developed within my center; even when being totally distracted by aspects of different things and having no time, or even energy, due to these things, for setting up things of power; one can keep moving forward regardless by focusing on: the beauty feeling…It is like a flower, of which one nurtures at your very own central, sober-core; a core that no one can over-ride with that of chaos and the like if one is truly centered and strong of will and fluency…These certain teachings methods, techniques, fill the void and help in a persons, personal growth, and also in the continuous growth of ones garden. This, I will offer in more detail a little further along!

I have also studied and followed the teachings and the ways of the Native Mexican Indian shamans; of which can be traced back to at least the time of the Toltec’s. I would most certainly say, that in the ways of of accessing the powers that be and one’s full potential in this way of things, nothing quite compares, as far as these active aspects of spiritual teachings of the ways of power/energy go! Of course, thankfully found and captured by that of: Carlos Castaneda.

Maybe, other cultures will only offer so much to people of a different culture, and that is all! As far as the teachings of which Carlos Castaneda received; I believe that you will not find such truth and profound scope of knowledge and the methods in which to achieve such knowledge and ability outside ones own culture; as with the scope of Carlos Castaneda’s findings! It must have been like finding the ancient teachings of a medicine-man; as in how to be such a person of knowledge and the like! Of which, I am most grateful for! I guess where some of these teachings get a little shadowy for me (and I believe that I have always had a nose for these things) I have filled these areas with the beauty of the ancient Far East, and things that fill the mind and heart with such supple imagery like that of the lotus flower. I have also brought in my own aspects, of which I have come to and only felt worthy for offer to the whole after I knew I was ready and qualified to do so; and a seer can only have that ability and therefore, is qualified to do so!

Within all these ancient teachings, I feel that there are essential things missing, or untold; so, combine the two overall ways, plus my own humble offering, and I believe that maybe there is an added inspiration of something new; and I believe that there is a kind of fresh and impeccable-balance to behold in this! So, let’s have another song! Yes, this is speaking of what is seen through the eyes of an eagle; the seer is seeing through eagle-eyes and telling of such sight and of what is felt while with wings to fly. He senses that the God-Consciousness is so vast, that it would not mourn a thing for not consciously being a part of the whole but he senses within himself that the added addition would make a difference all the same. Due to being a part of all this, he is like a child again, and with an increase in energy, also due to the power of freedom, he can see and feel as if with the innocence of a child again…

A Cautionary note:

I will say to you as a gentle note of caution – and I say to you with with heart and mind, that anyone who condemns you for not following a certain way or insists that there is only one way –shun them because they know nothing yet of anything, only self- importance, self-absorption and self-obsession! It is someone pointing with a power-seeking finger of ignorance, in order to gather and boast, who has the biggest team! It is rather desperate, especially when some believe that they can buy person into the fold; it is not a positive way to begin anything; only a seer could do such a thing and know exactly what and why that person in particular, was necessary etc. Anything else, is the blind leading the blind! Most importantly, silly people who do not look to themselves first! They do not look to themselves to complete their own way firstly; instead they seek others as their ultimate ambition! Basically, meddling with things of which they do not understand themselves, and so on and so forth… You have all you need already, and you will not find your vision of heaven by looking up to the sky’s of silly people; you will find this place by looking within! It is all about accessing the right aspects within, in order to open up your visionary-world and the left-side knowledge. For example, everything can occupy the same space; this is due to vibration, different speeds of vibration creates a whole world, upon world, upon world etc. Change your own vibration and you will know it as true; fore all that you see as your own world may well suddenly, or gradually, disappear! Usually, the mist between worlds will begin to engulf you at first; this in it self is a proof that there is something beyond and therefore you will be witnessing the actual wall of mist, in which through it, leads to the other-side, the world of immortal spirit, your true home!

A guide, for most, is useful and sometimes greatly essential, but it would be foolish to allow yourself to become entrapped in something in seeking such a guide; so if you have to learn certain aspects and then move on a few times, then do so! A lot of avenues of learning have a shelf-life anyway, and when a certain aspect, or instrument of learning shows its limits, it is time to leave – move on; you will come to know what I mean as you progress! Not everyone can find the complete spiritual-teacher or true guru! However, one is forever humble and accepts and knows a gift for what it is all the same! If limitation shows itself, as obsession, possessiveness, even jealousy etc. It doesn’t matter, we respect what has been offered in order to find that limitation, when maybe in the beginning we could not see it! That is progression! This, is the humble and healing way of progressing in the correct way…as in to respect who and what has been offered without bending to anything! Bending, is not the way and who you feel is drawing it with expectation etc. Is wrong in doing so, that is not your fault! Here is the words to a spiritual song of which I wrote when I lived abroad some time ago. I wrote this, as a descriptive feeling, a sensation of what the God-Consciousness is…and when you come to know this and feel this as so, like a bird, you settle upon it and become one with it…

                                   Written Work:

I have a lot of written work that is ready to be published! However, it is difficult to even get a literary agent these days with so many authors at large! As they say, it’s all about who you know! I myself, don’t know anyone in that field, so if I have to self publish and try and market it myself. I almost got some solid interest for my first novel that is part fact and part fiction; although, due to it not being one particular thing, it never quite fitted the publishers or literary agents agendas! (I can’t remember of who almost accepted it – probably publishers but usually publishers only deal with literary agents these days; so I wasted a lot of time there in seeking a publisher first!) I do remember dealing with a publishers of who I didn’t realize were a self-publishing company! I sending the original short story to them and they liked it a lot and said some really encouraging things that helped me inspirationally, but they told me it was too short and would I consider making it at least 100 pages because that is the acceptable length of a short story etc. I agreed, and eventually spent the year writing a fully fledged novel of which I sent; thing is, it went out of business! So! No luck there! However, I did have a novel now of over 400 pages, so, well!

So, I have this novel of which has been sitting unread for quite some time, (though a few people have read it and enjoyed it though part typed and part hand-written. Though, most people experienced the original short-version) but I will get it into the worlds domain at some time; and sooner rather than later! I have also three poetry and lyrics books, finished and ready! Also, one still in motion; because I do like to write poetry and lyrics, and I also use poetry as therapy; of which I will offer this method to you freely. I will offer some poetry as a sample of what to expect when you are able to access my written work in greater volume. The important thing, is that I will keep you up dated on works that are about to be released and where you can purchase them etc. Hopefully, most of my on-coming books can be purchased here through this website. I don’t see why not!

Craft-work: jewelry, hangings, dream-scopes etc.

I some times forget about craft-work and jewelry I have made and Shaman necklaces etc. Yes, I have jewelry sets: necklace and earrings and the like! Also ethnic necklaces: African types, Native American etc. I do make also, Shaman necklaces and personalized Shaman necklaces of which I will have on offer! Personalized versions will depend on demand of course. I make window hangings or things in that field; you know, light catching thingy’s, or things that sparkle etc. I did develop and create, what I call: a dream-scope as apposed to a dream-catcher! I only made two large ones if I can remember correctly; of which I sold in a gallery I had of my own for only about two years. It was just a low-key sort of thing; as in I didn’t invest a great deal in it, just kind of winged it, as usual! This was quite a while ago and managed to do a fair bit of work there and also sell some work and I was able to live in the back also! So it was fine for a while, but having to be shut up in there about six days a week was just too much after two years; and two years was my time span anyway then. The gallery had a good amount of space all the same for little rent due to it just being off the main street. I put a green turf-like carpet down and it really set the place alight! I hadn’t seen that done before at that time and it was as I thought it would be and very effective because I had a large sand covered table in the middle of the big room with items in the sand and sculls etc. Just like a desert scene. I think that was the first time I made jewelry, I made ethnic earrings and others types, as to create a bit of a range. So, going back to the dream-scope – I will try to find the time to create another dream-scope to be able to put on the website and possible on offer also!

It is funny when I had my jewelry in gallery’s some time back; it was only within a few years later that medicine-type-necklaces came on to the market in a mass- produced way; of which I hadn’t seen anything resembling anything like that before on the market; so either some one has seen and acted upon it, or simply, if a seer even thinks a thing or writes a thing or plays a thing; an aspect of it will echo quite quickly in the world to be seen or heard by many! It is the way of things sometimes! However, it kind of plays havoc with any aspects of copy-right, don’t you think? Ha! Although, it is hard to make anything of worth in a mass produced way; there is no essence in the product made in that way; only that of a look, a style; but all the same, if that is what you seek, and that is all you know; as in to purchase a mass produce item rather than make it yourself; because, well, not everyone has the patients or handy-craft to make their own medicine-necklace, and not many have a handy Shaman, seer, to call upon – so, okay! It is a beginning all the same, a symbol maybe of what you are truly seeking but have not yet come to in a more profound place within yourself as yet!

So, the option of jewelry made in a more profound way, and a choice of something that is personalized of something that matches what you would choose, as for instance: birth stone, or ingredients, matching, your symbolic needs etc. Anyway, this kind of profound craft-work, will be on on offer on this website also!

I have a lot of different styles and mixed media etc. Including: the use of: ink, oil paint, water colors, water color pencil and colored pencil, carbon pencil and even some permanent marker type pens and gel pens added to certain designs. As in most things I do, I leave a trace of the right way to live in all that I do and create; and in all I do, usually tells a prophetic story of aspects of my life to come especially in my writing. It is not always easy to see because I have not yet lived what it is showing to me, but at least I am able to look back and realize something that was showing was fated to be and I can still learn from it. It is like freezing a moment in time and being able to scrutinize the situation in a more profound way.

I have quite a mixed range of subject-matter from the past and it’s a shame that some of the work that I have sold, I didn’t make copies of; so they are lost unless someone who has bought a piece sees the website and helps me out there! I tend to be more on the surreal side of things and I do like that style the most. I have now built up quite a repertoire of Native American Indian based pieces, and other tribal based work of which I will continue with. Also, Nagual painting; the result of a shift-below of the assemblage point of which releases the beast side of the self; like in myths with Cyclops, Minotaur's (part man, part bull), even Pan (the god of flocks and herds, represented as a man with the legs of a goat and the horns and ears of a goat) and similar creatures of mythology. Although, speaking of Pan, I usually think of Pan as: the god of the forest and the under world etc. I can see a possible connection of misunderstanding here, because a shift below of the assemblage-point creates this multi-beast: Nagual. Ignorance and the play on ignorance, can then create something completely different! These tales of such unearthly creatures usually come from some truth, and this is where I do believe some of these powerful truths came, Greek mythology and what was their time of power and the possible evidence of a man of knowledge, or a sorcerers ability; from a time when people lived more in the left-  side knowledge, rather than now; of which is in the right-side knowledge, and that of reason. So, speaking of forceful things, of my own experiences with the left-side-knowledge, I will move into painting, or at least try to capture some of my own visions and the like! Also, that of dreamscape's; I have created some of this type of work already but I am quite excited to do more in this area; and it is also a good way of keeping a good record of events in my life, fore life becomes like a dream and most dreams do dramatically fade within a short space of time…It is okay to let all things linger in the winds of the forcefulness and not cling to anything! However, for me, I have the urge to offer something; maybe it is within my own emanations to do so! Therefore, I keep a sketchy record (and maybe that is all it should be really for someone like myself, maybe, all it could possibly ever be, and that is enough in itself!) a record of events to be able to offer as artwork or in written form as to show to you who choose to observe this in any way, of what we are actually capable of, and most importantly, where, in the end, we will seek to go; of which is all the way to the summit of this life and beyond to something else! A higher existence...

I do work with wood occasionally:

On occasion and have done tree faces and and totem poles, and also mixed, animal heads etc. I would like to do more carving but I struggle for time, and due to living quite a self-sufficient life-style also, I simply haven’t had the energy! Although, I will at some time I will lay something to rest in order to do more carving for sure! Recording artwork in book form: I am in process of creating a book of my artwork and writing my theories of exactly what each piece means; because when creating artwork in a surreal way, it is sometime not always clear what certain things actually mean; or simply it is not always possibly to have discovered everything within a piece of artwork. As I have said, some things are prophetic and therefore I may not have caught up with a certain aspect of a particular work! I would say, that I am maybe a quarter, or a third, through this particular book; and another few surges should take me to the end of this first edition.

So, there will be plenty of artwork on offer in the end!

Okay! So down to music!

I have always found the offering of music at a good overall quality a problem due to technology etc. Technology, that is forever changing; therefore, transference to something else always makes the quality of a recording sound poor! Well, that is without having to buy more equipment as an aid to help the transference of sound etc. I record my own music on an 8 track Tascam recorder of which was state of the art in its day, and it cost me about one thousand pounds! I did upgrade it even, when I saw one in an exchange shop for eighty pounds; all the same, people were recording on C.D and computer by that time! I didn’t know anything about computers, so I stayed with what I was doing! Okay! I admit it, I am still using tape! I did get a computer in the end to type up and send aspects of my novel to publishers some time back but I had no Internet or know-how, to use it for recording music etc. I have a computer now and still no Internet, and I have tried to load an 8 track work station to be able to learn this process but this computer is not accepting much, so there is a problem there, and things have seemed to go this way as far as music is concerned. Maybe the time is right now?!

I say this because I have tried to convert a couple of home recorded albums from tape to digital but I wasn’t exactly pleased with the result. Although, I would be surprised if the person I paid to do it even used a mixer or interface, of which I have read that is necessary to transfer analogue to digital with some sort of quality. Well, at least I do have one of these now! I was only talking about this with someone I know, and I go out and look in a charity shop, and I see just what I was looking for in a box and everything! Fate, at last! No, not quite, someone was coming to pick up all the music items there! However, I went in again a couple of days later to change an item and it was still there so I asked again and it appeared the man chose not to take this particular item! Fate, it’s time to deliver my music at last! Well, I have the converting mixer anyway and it does even work; hallelujah! Although, it wasn’t exactly new because it did have some subtle stickers on it, but it looked almost unused! It maybe what may be considered a bit old because it said connects to an i-Pod; but anyway, it is the correct bit of kit to do the job, I hope! It has been all a bit frustrating and exhausting to have this problem of getting all this music I have worked on for so long out there. It seems, anyone I know or get to know don’t have the time or know-how and I have been unfortunate in this way, but I do feel the urge to continue to try, so I am trying! I have a lot of work and music to release to the world out there and I am struggling to do everything alone; especially now I am in a period of: the warriors rest, which is an exhausting period on its own anyway, so it is even more difficult due to this but absolutely necessary all the same!

Ok, below if all goes well will be a little video for you to view. But it's generally all just about being amongst nature and feeling free...

The important thing is that now I will finally be able to get some of my sounds out there to you due to a quality conversion, or simply re-doing an album at a time from scratch, directly to digital; so, let’s see how this unfolds!

(Though due to this and that I am alone to update the website and have already messed up a bit because it is complicated with a free website because when you need certain settings to come up instantly; they simply don't! Therefore, I suppose one is then frustrated into updating at a cost! Arrrrrh!!! Annoying, yes! I'll keep having a go, lol!!! Though I am frustrated to say the least!  So, if things start looking a bit messy from now on, let's just call it some kind of surreal charm, lol! Enough said!

Video’s (lol!)

Video’s will be a must! I will play some of my songs and will perform some percussion-drumming sessions; of this, I would like to offer out to you for your listening, and I hope that you draw some enjoyment, or inspiration from this because I love drumming and listening to a really good drum-session…I don’t know anyone who plays drums where I am now and do miss not having someone to bounce off! So, I usually program something on my drum-machine to play and intertwine with, or bounce off some reggae tracks or African drumming, or Native American music with drumming and the like!

The music I write:

has quite a range indeed! I write some ethnic based songs, songs with an exotic flavor in them; as in an Arabian type of influence, or a Yiddish twist! I write some blues songs with sometimes a bit of an alternative something added to give it more flavor from the norm etc. Also, I have written some epic pieces that are more themed and are some times ten minutes long or slightly more; a lot of them can be more classical based. So, there is quite a range of music to be heard!

The lyrics:

are usual very poetic I would say, and thought provoking! I can get quite profound in some of the subject matter, and I also offer a path of spiritual teaching that can be followed within quite a lot of these songs. Although, they can be just enjoyed for their sound alone! I have even done the odd dance track of which I would like to write a few more because I do like to dance and I tend to write what I need; what I would like to listen to…all the lyrics will be in the poetry and lyric books when they are eventually released! A lyrical offering:

Fly (fly away), I wrote this lyric when I lived in Berlin; in fact, just before I actually left. Someone had a guitar and it was the thing of the moment and I think I knew maybe two or three chords but began to learn get more practice at playing the guitar while the guitar was around. So, with my few chords and maybe a chord I had picked up or found, I learned to play them fluently, I wrote these words to go with it. So, I have a fondness for this song, it being my first song written for guitar.

There will be a lot of creativity coming your way and hopefully it will be soon! This will be my humble offering to this our habitual-world; the world of which we know! It is a world that I would say, is in some need of truth and inspiration, and genuine quality and creativity that can last! It is a world that is in need of a firm kick up the backside! In this, I mean, in all ways but especially in the way of self-progression and spiritual progression in a fresh, new way, that will not be dusty and out of date but fresh and ripe to pluck, and will naturally be hungry for knowledge in the right way to live! If in this, or any of the aspects that I have mentioned, if my offerings can help in anyway, I am glad to be of service to you! If we can take just a little of what I have mentioned on board, that in itself will help in all ways...

All the seats are empty
The late breeze, has turned it colder
Early voices linger, but only, for a moment

The stages creeping slowly
Clouds move in together
A shadow crosses over,

                                Therapeutic Poetry:

Firstly, the poem of which I am using as an example is a poem of which is featured in my novel: The Journey (yet to be published). It was introduced as a method of therapeutic, poetic-release; and it can also be used for self-development purposes, as taught by the main character in the novel: Journeyer, or Master Journeyer. It was taught to his young apprentice: Maudlin. Journeyer was about to leave to meet an encounter somewhere on the coast; where the sea was his calling. Before he left he wanted to teach Maudlin his apprentice, this particular method of poetic release and self-development. In this, Journeyer gave him the title: back to a butterfly, as is the name of the art itself; and it also a title of which to begin his poetic peregrination.  The aim is; to start with something that symbolizes a point of beauty, a point of beauty that one will eventually be return to at the end of the free-wheeling poetic episode. Maudlin chooses to begin with: butterflies, rather than butterfly. So, here he begins with his poem…

Butterflies, butterflies, butterflies!
Sun, sun, sun, tweeting!
Birds, firs, ants, eating, babies

Stars, moon, twinkling, twinkling
Sea, sand, candles, mouths, mountains

Obviously, Maudlin overlaps butterflies also, but it doesn’t exactly have to be so rigid, in having to be the exact word; as long as the key word is returned to at the end, and that any overlap is positive as well. Of course, you can choose your own positive word to begin and end with! This is a form of what is called: anchoring.  In this case of using poetic-release, it is to enhance creativity and imagination and the like! However, in this form; the therapeutic side is done within the form; start positive, get all that wants to come out, out! Then end in a positive place as a way of control! At the end, you can look back at what has come out and in it self you will see something for yourself! It is your own personal, self- development – and maybe your therapeutic-poem will not be particularly muddy or full of niggles etc. Keep at it, until your poem is something of beauty; but not at the cost of ridding yourself of negativity because sometimes the rubbish of life must be exposed of! Of course you can have a separate therapeutic- poem for whatever you require, and in this case it is important to be disciplined to the rule of which you have set yourself for each
poem etc.

I used to use this technique in company, as a fun and creative socializing-game and it can be fun to hear the result of the therapeutic-multi-poem at the end; each person giving a word or two, or more; a line or two etc. It is a good socializing-game, and can create a boost for everyone of all types; especially when the company is lacking somewhere or for some reason then it is a little kick up the backside! Or, it can be used when in company that is rather limited and in need of inspiration and creativity. So, it could even be used amongst children, in schools, in English lessons, drama lessons; or even slow learning classes etc. However, kids of all types can always need a nudge into self- development and self-expression for sure! It is for everyone and it really does encourage creativity; you would be surprised how many people who have never written anything of their own before, or even could be bothered anyway; can suddenly get into these aspects of self-expression during a session of this kind, and sometimes some will also continue the poetry-thing afterwards, when alone!

There is another form of this kind of poetry to use also, of which I have used at one time or another; and that was to do the same thing but without any starting word or ending word of positivity! To fundamentally, create poetry in any situation! Even, when out in a pub, or again at someone's home in particular! Where ever you feel you want to do this, or play this; as a kind of game if you like! It becomes a form of therapy in all ways, as you will see when reading it back, or even putting a slight edit on the finished work; it will be there in some way. If people have had a tipple or two; it will definitely end up to be a composition of interest!  So, while I am on the subject of anchoring, I may as well introduce you who have not come across this kind of thing before, or you who fundamentally, have not experienced the very useful method of anchoring as a way to cleanse and overcome in general!

Anchoring meditation – or just Anchoring.

1. Anchoring, is usually done by meditating and visualizing a positive memory and then finish. (However, you can do this just as a self-help/development therapy if you wish).

2. Then in turn – visualizing a negative or a niggling memory and then…

3. Finally, making a signal to oneself (like a tap or by a slight press on the leg), one anchors once positive memory in place of the negative one!

This a very useful exercise to use as a positive meditation technique; and it really does work. I mean, it can be done in your own way, as long as the method of turning negative into positive is successfully played out; then it should work automatically when the bad, or niggling thoughts come, it will instantly change to the positive one! If it somehow doesn’t, then just make the signal to yourself as before and then it should change! The more you do this with all negative re-accuracies, the more it will become a natural and therapeutic exchange process…

So, I will just throw in some song lyrics to break things up.

This is a song I have written as a kind of hymn! Simply written as, a spiritual song to sing, and it is also teaching of how to cope as a person of knowledge within the everyday main-frame. It is also teaching of that of the assemblage- point; a point of light within our aura where all our godly- emanations are assembled; like that of godly commands one could say, and the things we will face in life etc. At some point I will put this in full on this website.

So, seeing we are on the subject of spiritual songs and using them as a reference; as in, using them as a line of teaching etc. This is a spiritual-warrior song and teaching; it is teaching of the Island-self; or the Tonal-Island, of which is the actual shaman term for it.

This song is about the things of which we are capable of and the specific atmosphere and love of nature, of which one feels and uses, while living the way of a forceful existence. It also tells of the ways of seeing, shape-shifting, and that of the spirits-animal, and the like! I think this was the very first spiritual-warrior-type songs that I wrote:

This next song, is quite an epic of a spiritual-warrior song; Approximately around ten minutes in length. The idea itself comes from a very early time of my life but lyrically it has been completely up-dated in the way of things; possibly, of the words – the title and chorus: American backdrop, may well be the only survivor! However, there is still a generous proportion of the original music that has survived.

I guess, that this song is kind of preparing someone of which is becoming one of: the right way to live, for what will come and what one is up against! It is not easy to be one of the few within such a myriad-vibration that is completely unaware, or basically on auto-pilot; due to all the odds and what one will come up against, stay fluent and flexible, and knowing of what is what without falling into vengeful- mind and the like! It is also speaking of the calling of things; the very way and heart of living a beautiful and natural way that is full of substance and rich in; simply, and fundamentally being in-tune. That is also, being continually in-tune with forward and progressive motion; fore this is the powerful and energetic way of living within the left-side knowledge: the way of: the right way to live and the path of totality.
